I had an accident in which my front left wheel was damaged. I got the car repaired from Nandi Toyot Hosur Road. They told me that the car is in perfect condition. We had to go to a temple in Tamil Nadu and started on a Saturday morning (2 days after delivered from Nandi Toyota). The tyre on which the accident happened blasted and tore into pieces (could b due to a puncture). Then I changed to another tyre. I realized there is a rubbing from inside. Then I went to Nandi Toyota and showed them what happened. They said it is not thier fault. I took the car to another tyre dealer. Explained them the problem. They did a wheel allignment and found it was not done properly. Then I took the wheel allignment report to Nandi Toyota and asked them for their wheel allignment report. For which they told they do not keep track of the reports. Then I asked them to pick the report from the system as it shud have a backup. Form which they told they system was refreshed completely and all data lost. At this point it enraged me as we could have lost our lives in the tyre blast. When I tried to reach out to the top management they refused to give me access. I forced myself into the cabin and then he had the audocity to state do what you want and go anywhere. This is the kind of service you get from such big dealres.
