Value for money, simple but effective treatment, non-commercial, no-frills or facade. Visiting this polyclinic would make you wonder if you went back in time to the 60s or 70s. This polyclinic is simple and the staff and doctors have been there for long-term. Reminds me of some non-profit hospitals like CMC vellore. If you are looking for plain and to-the-point solution to your query or problem, this is the place. I went here after I visited Apollo, Manipal and NM Medical and found these simple people, more effective. Far from sporting "Superspeciality" and air-conditioned lobbys with indifferent receptionists, this place is squeaky clean, high-ceilings with wooden beams and approachable people. What you get here is old-fashioned, seasoned, highly qualified doctors who care and take a long-term interest in your health and wellness.

I insisted of his earlier promise. The clinic seem to be having very less traffic of people. During one of my visits, I also heard the doctor talking on the phone with another patient, who stated he was 'dropping off' in the middle of the treatment as his pain was getting worse.

Pros : Doctor seem to be well-educated (some foreign degree) Very less crowd, can get an appointment at any time slot you like Private clinic, 1-man show of the doctor, so no need to pay for X-ray, physio as at other hospitals Cons : Exhorbitant fees Rs.750/consultation (10minutes duration in my case) The doctor seems to state 'one fee' for the treatment & then increase it later Doesnt accept credit card unless the amount is above 25,000/- This doctor, seems to be well-educated. He also calims he's the only one practising 'holistic medicine' in Bangalore city. On my first visit, he asked me the same question most of the doctors in bangalore ask their patients - Which company do you work for?, apparently to assess your paying capacity and then charge you the fees. Coming to the treatment, the doctor said he charges 750/- for other patients, but would be charging only 500/day in my case. I had a minor 'caving' in my lower spine due to bad ergonomic lifting. He prescribed a treatment of 10 days and quoted the treatment at 5000/-. The treatment I got included, 10-minute visits every day that included one excercise & application of some medicine on the paraspinal muscles. After 10 days the doctor says, he would need me to come in for 6 more days, I assume this is part of the 5K package. Then, at the end of the treatment charges me additional 3000/- for the 6days. The doctor also reneged on his word of waiving of usual consultation fees of 300/- and yielded only when

Looks like this shop got a regular customer base. My experience with them turned out to be sour, twice. I took beef undercuts and in both cases, when i opened it after I got home, they looked like 'beef spoilage' , have a grey-laced soiled look. Pork was also not as impressive as Bangalore Ham shop. On Sunday noon's you really have to wait for a minimum of 30-40 min to get 1 kg of meat. Fish, however has always been good.

Nice coffee shop, ample space, decent crowd - good for people-watching. Got Wi-Fi on 3rd floor. Nice snacks and optimum volume of ambient music.
