I fully agree with the person above. This agency is not only full of retarded people including the owner (surprisingly a Parsi fella), but the service is absolutely unprofessional. Exactly the same has happened to me that has happened to the person above. The dumb executive quotes salaries of maids depends on what their (maid's) requirements are, and for us to negotiate with them. But if the negotiated salary falls below the agency's limit, they dont bother to send any maid, neither they have the bloody decency to contact you and tell you about it. When you call they dont pick up the phone, and when you call them through another telephone number not in their received calls list, they do pick up and give you a cock-n-bull story that they couldnt call you back because they didnt have enough balance on their phone. This agency is an absolute farce and it is not at all recommended to anyone. Its a shameful organisation!!!!!
