i am amazed after having read such comments above. i have been shopping at sapphire toys since almost an year now. But i never came across any such incident. In fact, at one time, the manager himself came to my help to explain the working of a complex board game. Also he asked the attendants to open the pack of a new car me and show its demo when i was curious about it. The managers may have been tough at times, but i believe they wouldn't do a harm to their good will. I also generally roam around the store dribbling a basketball all the time (which i never buy), and no one gives a heed to it. May be I am lucky enough... Guys, i'll recommend you give it a second try... :-) PS: I have had numerous experiences with three of their stores viz Richamond road, Kormangla, and Brigade road. Karan.
