Very poor customer service. I visited the store today and there was 1 person in the store - a young guy - not sure if he was a supervisor or attendent. he was on the phone - whispers and giggles suggested a personal call. I walked around and kept asking for price of various items - sometimes he responded but sometimes he did not hear me. I went to the top floors - he did not join me even though I was looking around for over 10 minutes. I was waiting that he'd come so that I'd ask him price etc but he did not come. When I came down he was still on the phone. I asked to be excused and asked how he can attend to any customer if he is on the call so long. He said he was talking to a customer who is discussing delivery... I told him that his call was too long - he then cut the phone (without any comment to the customer - so i am sure there was no customer on the other side. Or if there was - they would also be disgruntled). He talked rudely to me.... overall a terrible experience - i would not reco this shop to anyone.
