I have bought Alpha Reseller Package in the month of December 2009, They provide the good service till the money back guarantee Time period but after that they neither pick the call or give any good reply on the live chat...
The Worst part of there product is there server uptime, In a day there server goes down atleast once or twice..
Moreover to hide their Bad review they keep on posting the fake reviews, So think Twice before Buying from them...
