Ashish - We had addressed your concerns explaining you what had really happened. All our driver carry company Id card. If any personnel reporting to you doesn't have an id card all you have to do is just inform the company and we will verify the authenticity of the driver. For some reason you chose not to report this incident to the company and hired the person who reported for duty. In this specific case the person reported to you doesn't belong to Ezidrive and he was trying to ride on the brand name of the company to earn some extra bucks. So, we request through this post to all our customers to ask Ezi Drive drivers to display their Id cards and SMS sent to their registered mobile phones before you hand over your car keys. Pl. be certain that the company follows a well laid down policy for recruitment of all its drivers. If there are any concerns please write to us at support@ezidrive.in and we will do our best to address them asap.

Tiroumourougane, what happened to you was an unfortunate incident. Had you given us any inkling about the driver's behaviour before leaving Bangalore, we would have tried our best to replace him with another driver. Unfortunately this incident happened in Methupalayam and when you called us we were ready to send a replacement driver the next morning. This particular driver mentioned by you has been with us for more than 18 months and this is the first time that we are hearing a complaint about his drunken behaviour. We really do our best to follow-up on all customer complaints and try to see if a process can be laid out to prevent such incidents happening in future. We had followed up on your complaint and had dismissed him from our services. Unfortunately, we can only react to such incidents and hope that it serves a lesson to all our drivers when they are on duty.

Samar, your complaint was promptly followed up and the concerned driver was reprimanded and was not allocated any duty for a limited time. We did check on voice and data records if any duty was allocated to this driver during that time and we did not find any overlapping duty responsibilities. However we do not encourage such behavior from the drivers and will make sure such attitude display will be penalized appropriately. We value customers feedback seriously and are trying everyday to improve our processes that can result in better customer service. We did have shortage of drivers last couple of months but we worked hard to bring down the lead time for driver recruitment and starting Jan 2014 we are in a comfortable position as far as driver count is concerned.

Ezi Drive has been in the business for providing Acting / Temp. driver for nearly 6 years now. It has been our endeavour to try and give the best possible service to all our customers. In spite of our best efforts certain exceptions do occur and we use that as a learning opportunity to try and improve our service. We are the leader in Call Driver business in Bangalore and we have retained this position since inception because we are willing to constantly learn from our experiences and make suitable changes to our processes to better serve our customers. However, as a policy, Ezi Drive do not cover any damages caused by accidents during the duty time of our drivers but will extend all possible support to take the matter to its logical conclusion incl. penalizing the drivers, if found guilty, to the extent of their absorption capacity to make sure things are not taken lightly. All our drivers are selected after going through the mandatory selection process incl. reference check. The company caters drivers to more than 35000 retail customers in Bangalore city and to some of the top corporates. The company would not have grown if the service is not good enough for customers to come back. Competition do spread false rumours about the company to dent its image incl. masquerading with similar sounding brand names. Please check quality of service personally before making up one's mind. The company caters drivers to more than 25000 retail customers in Bangalore city and to some of the top corporates. The company would not have grown if the service is not good enough for customers to come back. Competition do spead false rumours about the company to dent its image.
