it is one of worst lounge i had ever gone. i don't like it's ambiance, food and on top of all behavior of staff (they really sucks, they had most rude and pathetic staff from waiters to general manager you can ever come across ). Its a total waste of time and money to go to this lounge. I strongly suggest that its better to be remain at home than to go to Shimmer Lounge.
