I spoke to some Kartik in this company, wanted to print my company's sales contract, i sent the artwork PDF. They were suppose to come back with final artwork and quotaion by end of same day.
After four days,i called to remind them, again they said, EOD. Its 7 days now.
That's called sense of responsibility towards the business....nice one.
Becuase of this attitude...lots and lots of companies loose business everyday.

Its a surprise to me, In Nov 08, one of my relative moved to Mumbai. And Shyam Relocations guys have done a real good job....i think you should speak to them once , i m sure they will resolve the issue.
