To the Manager I bought a mobile(J10I-2 Metal B1) worth Rs 10000 on 03/09/1010 from SPICE HOT SPOT, and in couple of days I found that I was cheated, the mobile used to get switched off while talking on phone. I paid Rs 8000 from my Syndicate Credit Card and Rs 2000 Cash to SPICE HOT SPOT Most ridiculous thing- On the Spice hot spot bill there is no phone number and not even an email to contact back. SPICE HOT SPOT Tin Number-0946582352 Service Tax numberAAACB4985EST001 I went to HOT SPOT where I bought the handset from they said that we cant do anything now and even if the ASM ( Someone called Arun) could not help except saying that if you could get the D/O ( Death of Instrument) from the dealer we would exchange the headset. I went to the dealer in sector 18 Noida, after waiting in the Q for 2 hours I got my chance and they said that they cant give me D/O as per the company policy that the D/O can be only given if your talk time is less then 2 hours which is written on their website which I never agreed for when I bought the mobile, and they did not give me this in writing that they cant give me the D/O and even Miss R Kaur said she cant give me the number for the head office which was in gurgaon, and they have 2 landlines and no one ever answers them at all. Fraud Squad Syndicate bank- Kindly raise a charge back immediately on my credit card, I have already spoken to customer services today IST 7pm Sunday. If any one wants to talk to me and discuss the same you can call me any day after 2pm.
