I changed from post paid to pre-paid from this store. Initially they told lot of reasons why that cannt be done..then after reaching out to their managers...managed for a sim card on 23 Sep 2010 and they told it will activated within 3-5 days. Till today it has not got activated. And the service guys won't even bother to call you..nor will they pich the store number if dialled. Walking daily to their store now and getting replies it will be done today..tomorrow etc.,
