I gave my Santro for a service today and was quite happy with the outcome. Some ves Knowledgeable service staff Was not adviced any fancy/unnecessary extras Was able to give me a complete/clear explanation of processes that will be followed Seem to be using the latest equipment and processes. Promises free pickup and drop in surrounding areas (though I have not availed of the same). I dd find some improvement in engine performance (kind of smoothness) that one usually sees after a good service -ve(s) The cleanup of the car glass windows was quite bad. It may be because I asked them to suddenly change my delivery from the next day morning to the same day evening. But I guess they need to improve on this.
