I have a open corsa that I bought from Sundaram Motors. Their sales department is good. They talk to you in a professional way, but their after sales support and service is pathetic. As long as you are in the "free service" period, you are ok. Your car is "in" and "out" in a jiffy. In fact I get a feeling that they dont want to hoard cars in free service period for long. But once your free service period is over, they start taking you for a ride. One by one, your parts will be replaced. You go in with one complaint and your car comes our another complaint. I have been giving my car for repairing my A/c almost every month for the past 4 months. It started with a A/c switch fault (my A/c was switching on and off very soon). The first time, the problem was not fixed properly at all. Second time around, they fixed the problem but the belt started making a hissing sound. The third time, the sounds stopped, but the A/c wouldnt' cool. I was asked to replace the Condenser of my A/c (with the bill amount coming to Rs9000!). When I got back the car with the A/c problem fixed, I see that my car window is not rolling down properly!! Fed up, when I asked to speak to CS, I was given some personal cell number of someone called Sanjeev. I have been trying to call him since morning and he has been disconnecting my calls :( I am going to try and call him again now.. wish me luck!!
