hpeless service and the executives are least bothered to attend to the clients problems. They think that they are doing a great favor by attending tothe cusotmers. The manager in charge will be always busy with his fone and gets least time to listen to customers. The post paid connection verification will not happen even in week's time and will have to give constant reminders to the branch. overall rating 4/10
