The service sucks.... i gave them two chances before writing this review and they simply suck.... Firstly they have no clue on their drivers and whether they are still with them or left..... The customer service is bad and you really can't blame them as they keep getting so many calls from customers trying to follow up on their booking.... My sincere advice, if you are booking for a critical appointment, then DONT think of these guys, instead go for a regular cab service....And if you have patience and time, then give them a try.... I was referred by a friend who had good experience one and i depended on his experience.... very futile service....
