Myself and my father visited "Value Moto Agency, Vasantha Nagar, Bangalore" On 12th April to buy Suzuki Access 125. Sales Executive "SYED WASIR" had estimated my bike price for Rs.26,000/- exchange price. He had asked us to with draw the remaining balance, Rs.38,500/- (You can check your bills on the name of Rajendra Konathala for this amount). I paid the remaining amount, came out from show room and started calculated.
When I went back and asked Mr. Syed responded very badly and said your bike costs only Rs.24,000/-. I had asked the first price variation, he responded very badly for that thrown out the money which we paid money on my father's face.
This is really disgusting which can not be acceptable.
When I asked the manager phone number for that the response is we do not have, if you want come in the afternoon.
Now I had with drawn my plan to buy Access and going for some other brand only for the bad response from your office staff.
Worst service, Govt offices are more better.
Wrong information. When I had been for UK visa, they filled the forms etc, charged money also, after that i came to know that no need to fill forms & it is online. What a crap management & staff.
