I bought a bed and a branded mattress from Oak n Oak, it is still under warranty. The wooden planks and the mattress it starting to wearout. I called them twice initially and I was told that their techician will call me in 10 mins but I did not get a call . on my second call I was informed that my complaint has been registered and will soon get a call. I waited for almost 10 days and called them again. I was told with utter disdain that no complaints have been registered and they will register my complain now. They again told me that they will call me in the next 20 mins, as expected no one called me. I called them the next day and again the same thing, will get a call back in 10 mins. A promise to deceive. I called again after a couple of hours. he told me that due to christmas holidays the technician is on leave (this was on 23rd Dec). He will come to my place on monday. Today is monday and I called them again. He Mr. Krishnamurthy the supervisor of Oak n Oak (Royal Oak) Marathalli told me due to christmas , the techinician is on leave. As the techinician is christian and they have only 1 technician. in the name of christmas they are trying to hide horrible after sales service. I have been told that the technician will visit my place tomorrow. Hopefully he is still not celebrating christmas come tomorrow (28th Dec). I must say to everyone thinking to buy any kind of furniture from Oak n Oak (Royal Oak), if you don't care about your furniture breaking/wearing out too early and don't expect any after sales service only then buy from Royal Oak.
