My requirement = Print of 50 plus photos with matte finish. I visited GK Vale, Jayanagar and gave the order and went back the next day to pick my order. To my shock, the prints were of glossy finish though my order was for matte finish. The lady who took the order had missed to mark the order as matte finish even though I had reminded many number of times that I wanted matte finish. Another argument.. GK folks argued that I never asked for matte finish. This was just too much. The manager of the store was not ready to accept their mistake, rather he gave an offer to print the entire set again with matte finish, if I agreed to pay half of the reprinting cost(in addition to gloss finish cost). They literally cheat. For a 4-6 gloassy photo they charge 5 bucks, and if I put 4 photos on one sheet it will become 8 x 12 size, for which they charge 65 bucks.... believe me....! If you go somewhere else an 8 x 12 size print costs you around 25 to 30 bucks at the max. I will never enter GK Vale now onwards... Cheaters grrrrr..
