On Saturday I and My Wife had gone to Kasturba Raod HDFC Bank and given the application that we required the bank statement from when we have opened the Account they told to fill the form and we did that they told by Monday that is on 17.05.10 they will send the statement through mail. But today is Thursday we still have not received the bank statements. Secondly we had given phone number for SMS Alert and filled the application for drawing amount from bank more than 5000. But Yesterday I have drawn more than 5000 but no sms alert have come. I don't know why the bank people are so irresponsible.
