I call many time no one picks the call.

Then I directly went to Office & I asked Staff why you are not picking up calls. "We are very busy. So we kept the phone in cub board", he answered. (They are using Card less Land line)

I call this first number but nobody pic the call and second number is dead, very bad service in this outlet. i am already complaint to Reliance by mail, but no replay, this too bad................

true..they have a very bad service in the showroom...i wanted to convert my CDMA sim to GSM and the application was still lying below the staff's keyboard after 10 days..

This is full of fruad. I purchased reliance net connect in this showroom and they promised that 10GB will be credited for free in first month within 24 hours. Its been 10 days still there is no trace of free data and noone responds in the showroom!
