Prameela Enterprises, Bangalore, Maratha Halli Ring road, please stay away from these guys. Very very bad customer service. Initially they will recive calls, once you pay them advacnce they will neither accept your calls nor provide you the broad band connection. It is been 1 month no answer from them. Niranjan their senior sales officer is the one who came for me.

Prameela Enterprises, Bangalore, has one of the worst customer service. I applied for a broadband connection and they promised to get it installed in 3 days. Its been more than 2 weeks now and there is still no sign of them. The representative, Deepak Tiwari, has stopped attending to my calls.

I would suggest all to look for someone else to get their broadband connection.
