Big Bazaar , Old Madras Road , Bangalore

As a American expat I thought great a store where I can get everything in one stop. It was my first and last time at big bazaar. It was like being in hell. First not enough parking, and attendants were disorganized and not very bright. Parking garage smelled like a sewer and rotting garbage. Inside there was no A/C or it was not working, not even a fan. It was extremely miserable. You have to pay for everything in different departments meaning you must stand in line in miserable conditions to check out. Then if you want the"gift", you have to go to three different places to get it after checking out, first to customer service , wher there is little to no service, then to get a bill, then back to customer service , then completely outside to luggage, to get gift. If I had known I would never have gone to this store.

The last 3 reviews seem to have been put in by Big Bazaar staff only..all lies...service is terrible and follow ups have to be done repeatedly for even the smallest thing. I ordered for a chair and it arrived 2 days late, then also un-assembled. When I asked about it he claimed that he had already told me that it would be done the next day.I asked how could he so blatantly lie on my face that he had told something he had never told..and he's supposed to a floor manager or something on the 4th floor. I wonder how the rest of his staff are coping up with such a guy. Had taken 3 days leave from office to get this product and was very disappointed with the service. Doubt if I will ever go there again.

Big Bazaar is Big Waste. I hate Big Bazaar and recommend others not to go to Big Bazaar. This is the 2nd time that i am having a negative exprience with Big Bazaar. According the service it provides i feel it is waste. i had ordered for hoe gym once and they told me that it will be delivered in 5 day's and the fetting will be done on the same day. but the 5th day there was no response fron anyone from Big Bazaar, when i tried to reach them it was not reacheable. then i had to go to them and fight for it then they sent the gym on the next day. But the person to fit the gym was not avaiable. later even after fallowing up for many time no one responded. ultimately i had to fit the gym my self.

Now again i have the same nagitive experience, this time with the furchiner section. I had clearly requested that if my product is going to deleiver and fitted on 7th april then i wil go for the perchase. they promised me that the product will e available on 7th and the fetting will be done. bt i am fallowing up form 6th but the obile is comming switch off.

this is really very bad experence twice. i hope even you might have had bad experience with Big Bazaar please share the same .
