My name is Preethi, Adyar, Chennai. I have been frequenting the Indira nagar naturals salon for the past one year. I should say, the quality of service has gradually deteriorated over the period and now its just PATHETIC. There are various instances I can quote. But the ones that I'm going to mention are the most horrible ones:
1. I went to the Naturals parlour one week back to get gold facial done but they suggested another facial - I think its called Hydromoist. I don't know the name of the person who did the service. Two days from that I started getting rashes. I felt something was wrong and went to a dermatologist. He said it was all PIMPLES. I was shocked and the reason is the facial I got done. I have tried out different beauty salons for effective solutions to get rid of my dry hair. I paid a good amount but the shiny and smooth effect remained only for few days. Then I decided to visit Naturals Salon. I was really taken aback with their range of hair spa services. In fact, it seemed they have solution for every hair problem. Since I have problem of dry and frizzy hair, the salon carried out an intense conditioning treatment and yes, it worked wonders! It helps in restoring vibrancy which lasted quite long.
