Girias mahalingapuram most traumatic and dissapointing experience.Store staff most lathargic and inefficient ,Customer service is pathethic.My mother gifted IFB Convention Microwave, as we are already using Microwave and i wanted OTG , very next day went for exchange but store manager was very rude , he denied exchange as one of thermocal packing cover was not there, but everything was perfect as it was not even removed from the box.

Girias worse sales service.Please dont buy..pricing also cheating.They confuse customers...More than anything staff service pathethic.

Branch manager very very bad service.

Planning to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

Why no one is taking action against Girias.

Worst after sales service. They never deliver the product or even inform after they receive the stock. I had the paid for the product in full, but unless you call them, they would tell you that the stock just came and would deliver today. SERIOUSLY HATE THIS STORE!!
