please find below my experience with customer service with this company. Full payment was insisted on before goods were dispatched and what they delivered was just carcusses for wardrobes after payment was made.
This Quba kitchens is a company due to have their opening today of their new show room due to which they have totally compromised my order. Advance payment was taken upon approval of design on the 4th of June and delivery was to happen in 11th august. Complete payment was made when i was told goods are ready to be dispatched. We made payment and they sent only carcusses and no shutters saying those are not ready and will take another 2 days during which carcuss will arrive. Day 7 today only excuses and no product.
