The operator @ fromt office don't know the basic things .... im looking for complete health checkup ...after trying to speak 4 branches
they are unable to get the information if there are all facilities @ banjarahills branch for Master health check. My company is having only this hospital for master health checks....and the service sucks .......

very disappointing experience, It more like if once patient is stuck with them, then they don't care. We were the first 3 to reach the hospital very morning, and since it was our 2nd visit and already paid for all the testing and other expenditure, But couldn't talk to Doctor till afternoon as they want to first check the new patients. Kind of like to get new bakras for halali. You are already stuck so enjoy waiting for hours.

In olden days, the services in this hospital is good. Now only not experienced doctors attending for the inpatients. Even a single time also the experienced doctors are not visiting. Even if we meet them, they are not hearing our problems fully and not answering why this problems frequently occuring. They should give their time to patients to tell their problems.
