Hi Lahari Resorts,
I have spoken to Vani the marketing person regarding our visit to Lahari Resorts.
She had promised discount of taxes as we are from Co-operate (Convergys) and latter we wanted to confirm the same and she had changed her word in a spam of couple of days and she had spoken very rudely and WITHOUT culture. The behaviour of hers is NOT at all professional.
This is very BAD and UNaccepted behaviour more over she had challenged to complain to the higher management.
I do NOT understand such rash behaviour marketing persons how can the Lahari Resorts afford. How can irrational behaviour and UN-professional persons come into this field.
Is this way the customer get treated ???
