Please do not opt for 5net or any other internet connection from Sai Net, Chembur. Every time I need to use the internet, I am forced to call their service number because its down for most of the day. Even this guy named Swapnil, whose name is a point of contact for Sai Net, spoke like a rat when I was considering getting a connection from Sai net, now cuts my calls or answers it and excuses himself saying its a wrong number when I call him during connection issues. whereas his customer service comfirms its his number. If anyone from their end answers my call I consider myself lucky that day. And if they say they'll send a technician over to have a look, what they really mean is you can kiss their rears because they are not gonna solve your
