Horrible experience. I forgot to check price outside for fridge. They quoted me 13000 when the actual price in their store website was 10650!! Later they compensated by giving a gift but not worth the hassle when you are buying from a dealer. If they are considering to keep their brand value, they should stay away from these fraudulent acts. In fact the washing machine was quoted 500 extra and the box that came in had the price and label scratched !! Never in my life had this happen to me with Vasanth &co and Viveks. The best dealers just refuse to sell below a fixed price instead of doing these cheap tactics. Better to buy in grey market than in Satya
