WORST Dealears.. I have ever seen.. Just now got the activa from Honda Sapphire JP Nagar. Very pathetic customer service. Even they would fight with their customers.. i just booked the Honda Dio and felling the same...
1. if you provide bank statement as address proof , 300 bucks needs to be paid extra. For other address proofs like HR letter and others 300 is not required... not sure why...?
2. if we pay the money by card they are charging 2% extra. Not even in small cloth showrooms i have seen this.

I went there at 5 in the evening to see a long queue and a score of angry customers shouting at the staff. The service center has a capacity of about 70 bikes, but they take more than 150. I could see my bike being loaded for repair at 5:30 - the time it was supposed to be delivered. I waited for about 2 hours only to know at 7 pm that they cannot deliver the bike. They also refuted my claims of warranty, which I contested. I showed them the warranty book for proof.
They said, they would deliver my bike on Monday to my office. I said OK. Come Monday, and I called them in the afternoon. They said. it is a matter of half an hour and the bike would be delivered by 6 pm. I said OK.
It was 7 pm, I called them, The supervisor said, the bike was yet to be repaired and the delivery would happen only on Tuesday. The supervisor offered no apologies.
Today is Monday. I will update the post tomorrow when hopefully my bike arrives. View Less

The service is really poor. I dropped my vehicle for service at 08:30 in the morning for 3rd free service. The service adviser promised me that the vehicle will be ready by 11:30 AM. I went to collect the vehicle at 01:30 PM and first of all the service adviser was not to be found, second the lady at the reception informed be the vehicle will be de ... I escalated the issue to the service manager Mr. Nasir Hussian, he checked and told me that there was part out of stock and someone has gone to Silicon Honda for collecting it. He then promised me that the vehicle will be delivered at 03:00 PM. I again went for collecting the vehicle at 03:30 PM. Guess what time I finally got the vehicle, it was 04:15 PM. And to add to the misery the part which the person went to Silicon Honda (which I know was a lie) was written as out of stock. Bunch of liars. Then my vehicle was not water washed, when I complained a guy said it was washed once and took it for washing again. When I complained about this at the reception it fell on deaf ears. I own a Royal Enfield too and never I have faced such a situation with the service there. Your service center is one hell of a pathetic situation. Better improve fast of, you will be losing a lot of customers.

The worst Honda service centre, had spent Rs 4000/- on servicing, quality of work done "ZERO". The service manager Mr Iftikhar is good for nothing, mechanics on the road side have better customer sensitivity than Saphire Honda service managers. Had the worst experience & would never go back nor recommend anybody (Vehicle No. KA04 - EK4611)
