They never pick up phone and not giving replying to email for complaints not any provision for customer care without visit there office. staff is not bother to listening about complaints. now days even in government organization every complaints are souls after given online complained but S.S.V.Cable not ready to change.

When cable is not getting trying contact them very difficult task, they never attend the telephone either dont rectify the problems immediately. Today is T20 but i couldnot watch...call them several times no response.

Best Internet Service Provider, just subscribe once and you wouldn't even browse the net because of the terrible speed. Let alone downloading torrentz and other big files you would have to wait for hours to download a 25mb file.

Attrocious customer service....just try calling any of the numbers listed above and if you are lucky that somebody picks the phone up the representative will make sure you regret having ever called.... hands off..the worst network ever...sadly they have stuffed money down the right mouths and ensured that there is no other option in navi mumbai. pa ... They want only money from us without giving any service. If there is any problem in your internet connection then be ready to call at least 10 times to their call center. even after it is not sure that your problem will be solved.
