Except for the below incidence, the services were really nice, the particular shampoo which was bought on suggestion of this store people really worked well. Apart from that I have got more hair treatment also done before which really fetched results. So, upon salon services it scores 10 out of 10.

I had gone to buy a shampoo, but the lady at reception at behaved in a very arrogant manner. The MRP on shampoo bottle was Rs. 540 & realised Rs. 600 from me & when I objected upon the same she gave the old bottle (jan 2012) instead of new stock (feb 2012) on which MRP was Rs. 600. I will suggest please beware of this people & always check the MRP before buying any thing from this particular store
