I fell in trap with Giriyas "Cheapest Rate Challenge". They advertise that their rates are the cheapest and if we find any rate difference then they return 5 times of the difference back!!! I bought a SAMSUNG LED TV with these folks trusting them when they made that claim. After paying the money, I went to other Chroma near BigBazaar in Jayanagar 9th block and checked the rate. They were about 3k cheaper than Giriyas. I went back and told Giriyas people about the cheaper rates in Chroma. I also got a letter head invoice from Chroma. But Giriyas guys told me that I need to get a proforma invoice (Computer printed proper invoice) to honor this claim. I tried to get a proforma invoice from other dealers but they do not give it. I have very BAD experience with Girias on Bannergatta Road (Near IIM Bangalore). The store incharge is so rude and lose temper guy. I will not recommend this store to any body. The incident took place with me when I went there with my wife & Kids to buy Washing Machine on June 1st 2012. I was referring the advertisement and scheme which was not matching with the price which he ahd quoted me. For LG Autoamtic Washing Machine he Quoted me 25,500 while add was telling 24990. He got offended when I refered his price. I just escaped from the place and got into other shop to get the good deal.
