Please call us on 9916211057 to clarify your issue or else we will simply track your phone number and IP address through crime department of police and file company harassment. If your a real customer than u wont be doing this. Ur are a fake competitor. And it's CLEMTEL. Comtel is a different company all to gether i will ask comtel also to file a case for dragging them into this.

Exorbitant charges - unsatisfactory service. I gave my Panasonic Hi-Fi Music System for repairing CD Roller mechanism. They could not repair it siting parts are not available in market, but levied service charge of Rs 350/- which is much higher than what Panasonic Service center charges. I had given this to Panasonic Service Center in Richmond circle - they charged 950/- including the part which itself would have cost more than 600-800/- and they got the part & repaired it fine. This problem recurred & that is when I thought of avoiding to go so far & giving these guys a chance - they failed to repair or fetch the part and still charged 350 upfront, when I gave the unit for service. This is ridiculous.
