Very bad service and they dont care abt our time which is getting wasted becoz of their negligencey,talking personal things in duty time and wasting our time,especially in my case it always happens and i always feel tht normal mechanic shop people are 100 times better then these guys,no seriousness,no committment and they just not bother of customer...

I m regular to this service center from 2010 the day i bought my activa. since from tat date i m not at all satisfied with your services and your customer care employees,i have given my bike for starting problem on march 2013,till now it is not resolved and as usual its never start at morning n on signal n all over.and they broke my key and blaming the customer like it was previously,hopeless services by mission road service center and i think all over honda authorised service center.i will recommend each n all never buy honda vehicles for free also its ridiculous service and charges are too heavy.this is a remark to honda company close it if cant give best service.

Yes I agree with the above statement. I gave my unicorn for service saying that Breaks are not in good condition. Even after service breaks are very bad. They next day after service, I met with an accident just because of the bad service and breaks.Servere injuries and even bike got damaged. Irresponsible Idiots.....!!!

Extremely bad servicing is done over here. My scooty was having starting and jerking problems for 1 year. Whenever I took it to the service center they said it has been fixed but again the same problem was always there. Then a new problem of pickup also started. That also they did not resolve. I then saw a local mechanic and he solved it in an hour. He told they had never cleaned the carburetor and spark plug. It had never been opened in fact. If you just want your oil changed and bike washed for a 1000 rs you can take it here. Otherwise better take it to a different service centre.
