I would rate as - (minus)10 as they are pathetic. They have no technical knowledge regarding pests and chemicals to be used. They did it for once and then when nothing changed I tried calling them again and again. They dont pick up or they are too busy attending other customers. Hence these guys are total fraud and please go try some other options like helpr.in etc, but not these guys.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AS IT IS INEFFECTIVE and they are impossible to trace after the payment.
Bangalore A1 Services are very unprofessional. Their service is not effective. The service includes 6 months of cover for any relapse. After the first session, the pests were far from being eradicated. But calling the team for a second session (as per the contract) was a nightmare. They do not respond to calls, after 3 days of trying, they finally answer and promise to send someone and THEY DON'T TURN UP while you wait. this happened 5 times before they actually send someone. Even after the second session, the bedbugs still are on the rise.
