We had been to the Chinese Imperial Kitchen at Koramangala for the first time.

Here's a dekko of what the Chinese Cuisine (Buffet) and Restaurant is:

The Buffet offers very few items ,the day we went ,we could taste Tofu Broccoli ,Kimchi,Shangaian Fried Rice and Noodles ,Momos ,Onion Stuff Fry.The Momos are served only on demand ,but momos sans the hot chutney doesn't sound great! Cut fruits ,Strawberry souffle were served as a part of desert.
Is Kimchi a chinese food ?
Neither is Kimchi or Momos chinese !

The interiors (wooden cocks) and vegetable and fruit carvings were awesome.We got to see flowers carved out of water melon and buildings in chinese architecture made out of carrots!These were simply superb!
