BUYERS BEWARE.... BE AWARE I have never been to this shop - but they have a tie-up with Buttersponge near Chaya Nursing home. Buttersponge is the BEST place to be IGNORED and short of asking you to GET out of the shop DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE - they have 3 sorry excuses of salesmen and a pathetic owner - who WILL NOT CARE even if you are seen to be grovelling for service. the owners attitude should be seen to be believe and the salesmen are even more hopeless - i have seen a very upset customer asking why the cake was STALE a few months back - i have seen another customer asking the owner, why a cake with egg was sold to her in spite of her ASKING for cake WITHOUT egg. - my experience was the worst - they r ...
