Beware of PSJ Helpline Services, it is a fraud company that is only interested in cheating people of their money without having any intention of providing the kind of service that they advertise about. They took deposit from us of Rs 5000/- and provided a maid who only worked for 2 days and then didnât turn up on the third day. On contacting the agency, they brought another maid, after a gap of 6 days. The maid they brought was handicapped and they told us that this maid would work until they provided a proper replacement, but it turned out that the maid was mentally unstable and she started behaving in an erratic manner after 3 days. View More When the agency was contacted, I came to know that they already knew the maid they had provided was mentally unstable. I told them that this kind of service was totally unacceptable from their side. Then they apologized and said they would provide a good maid, but after that there was no response from their side for 10 days. After 10 days, they brought another maid. This is the only maid who worked for about a month. Then she went on leave for 1 day and never turned up. When the agency was contacted, they had the audacity to tell me that they had already provided three replacements and their commitment was over. This was ridiculous as they could not provide even one proper maid so far! I had a heated conversation with them telling them that I would take action if they failed to provide proper service. Then, after 2 days, they brought another maid-servant and told us that she was very good in her work and that we would not face any problem with her, but on the third day the maid came to our house drunk and started creating a scene. I contacted the Managing Director of PSJ Helpline, Mr Kishnamurthy, and told him to get the maid removed from our house as she was creating a nuisance, but nobody turned up from the agency to take away the maid. Finally, we had to call the police station and the police had to come to our house to take away the maid. We also provided the contact details of PSJ Helpline Services to the police. From that day onwards nobody from PSJ Helpline is picking up the phone when we call them. We have paid them a deposit of Rs 5000/- and in addition to that we have paid salaries of over Rs 7000/- for maid-services for the period from 26 March 2013 to 29 May 2013. The kind of service we got was one maid servant for 2 days, another mentally unstable maid servant for 3 days, and a drunk maid-servant who created a nuisance in our house after working for 3 days. To add to this pathetic service, we had to take the trouble of making innumerable telephone calls to the agency, half of the time without anybody responding on the phone. I would like to caution people about this fake agency. The persons from PSJ Helpline whom I first contacted were Nisha and Roopa. The person who was the main contact from PSJ Helpline after appointing them was one Gangamma. The Managing Director, Mr Krishnamurthy, simply does not pick up the phone when there is an issue. After May 29, when we had to get the police to remove the drunk maid-servant from our house, nobody from PSJ Helpline is responding to our phone calls. View Less

I agree with the comments made by the others. This is the worst agency you can contact. Most of the maid agencies make money by cheating us people, but these people are the worst lot. We had a maid who came for one month took her salary and dissapeared.They took 6000 deposit and we paid the maid 6000 (esentially we paid her 12,000) and the maid herself was the most lazy and useless person for the job we hired. Also when you try calling them they dont even bother to listen to us and just diconnect the phone. Geetha is one the worst agents I have ever met and even takes bribe. Friends....only way to deal with these agencies is to call them seperately to some place and act as a new client & beat the shit out of them.

Friends,
Most of the Maid Agencies in Bangalore are Frauds. They will just take money in the form of Registration fees and post that they will never talk to you or pick up your call......forget about providing maids.
I have suffered two times and did a big mistake. If you need a maid...its better you find it yourself.

We have worst experience with PSJ helpline services. They have taken the money around 3000 and they have brought one lady saying she will come from tommorrow but she never turned up. Worst thing is that they are not picking the phone.Lady called Geetha brought the maid for introduction and now she is not picking the phone. You keep calling her she will never pick the phone. You try to reach other numbers they will say please speak to Geetha as they can't understand hindi or english.We asked them returning our money but again she said she need to check with MD. this is the worst ever service agency,, pls dont fall on their trap.... the yare just looting the money and i dont know how they are running this robbery show for such a long period.....the maids are not coming even after we pay them Rs 3000/- initially.. and whenever we contact them they are threatening us......it is very much true

Are you looking for an agency
- that will take Rs 3500/- and Rs 200/- visiting charges from you and will not provide a maid
- never respond to your call again as the agent who took the money will never come on phone
- their manager dares you to goto Police and complain saying they have enough contacts
- will never return you the money
- is successfully running a fraud business for last 5 or more years without being caught

One of the worst experience in life i ever had after hiring a maid from this agency. This is fraud and i'll never ever recommend this agency. They got Rs.3000/- from me and ran away. They never responded to our calls and threatened us that they will harm us if we call them again.

Please spread this to all people who are looking at hiring domestic help. they should be saved from this fraud.

They have a branch called SVM Management services in KR Puram - This is probably the worst of the agencies, and havent had such a hassling feeling than this. We asked them for a house maid and here is how the story went - They got 3 maids in 2 weeks, each one absconding one after the other. The 4th one was so sick and when we wanted to give feedback about this, nobody from the agency has a valid telephone number, the owner is absconding and the agent is bogus, while the maid says she has no clue about this agency or the agent, and was picked up on the road.
