very poor after sale service by anu solar .They will never respond calls made for service.Customers are advised NOT TO PURCHASE ANU SOLAR PRODUCTS,as the firm is not responsive to customers.

Service is poor. They start off by asking us to pay monthly rent/installment. Two years down, their solar geysers stop working, i.e., they generate cold water. On complaining, they take up to a month to resolve it and expect advance rent/installment upon fixing it. They keep changing terms of agreement, keep hiking the rent, etc.
