unprofessional ...rude....and arrogant behaviour

I had the most horrible experience of my life... Thanks to them.My pedicure was done by a girl who seemed to have no clue of what to do next. She kept missing steps of service and getting up in middle to ask at reception. Later she started copying another pedicure happening next to me. Still she did a shoddy job and I called the receptionist to ask as to why an untrained girl is doing my pedicure. She rudely told me that the girl has done the job as it is supposed to be done and went on to have an unending conversation on phone. To cut the story short I tried to get them to see the problem but a very rude guy claiming to be the owner started shouting at me saying that I'd cracked feet and the girl can't do anything about that! Very unprofessionally managed place, and I'm not saying this based on one bad experience but 3!!! First time; walked in for eyebrows threading, they made me wait for 40 minutes and finally I said I cant wait anymore for something as simple as eyebrow threading which would have been done in 10 minutes...they had no problems in letting me walk out unsatisfied, no apologies or anything.
