Worst customer service and customer safety is jeopardized.
Worst customer service: My booking ID 6642885- travel to KIAL on 13th Oct, Driver did not give me invoice but made me pay saying I will be mailed and on top of it had taken 120Rs for toll gate. What I want is the invoice for which I have called customer service multiple times, each time they will say they will mail me or call me with status in 10 mins or 30 mins but no update. I was asked to write to crm@carzonrent.com which says that they will get back to be within 48hrs but no response, till date I have dropped 5 mails but nothing is happening.

Moreover, from one of the customer serive executive I got to know that in their system it is NO-SHOW for my booking ID when I actually had travelled. So these guys do not keep track of the vehicles, their job is just to auction our safetly.View Less
