Please be very very careful before buying home from Jey yes Homes..I bought a house from Jey yes homes in Perumbakkam site 1 year back now I am feeling very bad about the quality of the buider..they are givin in low price but the Quality is very very bad, They have not done the basic requirement of the flats..No Rain water harvesting,no drainage facility,,BIGGEST ISSUE IS CAR PARKING to all they alloted very small space for car parking ..with in one year lots of cracks in all the houses..I cannot exaplin all the issues in our Perumbakkam Flats here we have now 60-62 flats no one is happy about the builder quality..Please come and visit Perumbakkam OPAL homes before paying your advance.
