I am actually surprised with the reviews mentioned. I have been using the services of SS Man Power Housemaid Services since June 2011. Mrs. Mumtaz who runs the service has been very helpful and assisted me well throughout these 2 years. I agree maids might have a mind of their own and walk out without prior notice or not perform as initially agreed upon. But when the situation is discussed with Mrs. Mumtaz, he has intervened and provided another maid almost immediately, sometimes, even as just an interim basis, till she she is able to find someone appropriate to our requests. Hello.... all the above is very true... please provide your contact nos we will teach them a lesson... we can collectively go to their office & demand the refund... they took advance from us for baby sitting & the girl disappeared in two days. The worst organization and, yes, confirmed professional cheats. I'm trying to get my money back for the last more than 2 weeks. The thiefs who work together on this are 2 people Mumtaz and Rekha. They bring a person showing as though this person will come for work for 1 month from the next day and take the registration fee on the first day. Then the person vanishes without any trace and these people give so many reasons not to return your money. I don't know who is the owner of this organization, but they refuse divulge the name of the owner and this fraud continues.
One more addition to the above is, they will vanish after getting some advance. If you ask organization for replacement, they will not respond properly. End of the day, we will suffer a lot. Be careful and better avoid. They are like professional thiefs
This is one of the best cheating organisation. They will not tell their rules and regulations correctly till they get their service charge. After that they will start telling one by one like you hav to pay for this that etc....Their maids will create a dependency on them first and when you are about to pay their first month pay they will come up with their extra allowances....if you ask regarding this to organisation they will simply tell that you should enquired about that in the beginning itself....Service of maid very poor we hav to pay for them and we should work for them....they will sit simply taking rest.....if you ask anything to them they will simply quarel with you and leave the job.....
