We Planned our Second Trip with ThomasCook for USA,but trust me this time we had worst Experience with ThomasCook..
We got call From ThomasCook Office,Noida where Mr. Sankalp Intimated about This
Package..we said as we want to travel in Business Class so You can take out Airlines Component from that & we will buy Ticket ourselves..he was not sure about the Price without Airlines so he wrote Mail to Ms. Purvi Shah,Thomas Cook Mumbai who was handling USA Packages..That Lady didnât reply him not even single time as he sent her Reminder Mails as well.
Then,Mr. Sankalp redirected us to Ms. Shruti Sharma,Manager Thomas Cook Delhi..but that Lady never talks well.Her way of Talking is very rude.She told me..Give me some time,I Just tell You
