Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER HE IS A BIG ASS IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY

This is customer who believed Ferns and Petals to deliver a a small cake for a birthday celebration choosing a franchise retail outlet in Patel Nagar. The cake was delivered in a condition which really not acceptable at all by any means. It was melted and damaged totally.

I tried complaining at the outlet to Mr. Pulkit who tried to bully me with his actions and talks also trying to misbehave because i paid for the services in advance.
