Please dont plan your holidays / hotels through this travel agents.. they are thugs and will fool you. They will show you Orange and will sell Rotten Apple. They had charged us for 3 star hotel in Ooty for whcih we paid good amount and when we were on the way form Kodai to Ooty in private cab we got to knew in mid night that they have done booking in some other place whcih was like a lodge .. 10*10 room and limited failities..

We agreed and aid to saty in 3 star Hotel but they booked a LODGE for us....We are doing so much folow up for our refund but instead asking us to pay more.
