Through utilization of knowledge and practices of Yoga, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Pranic Healing and other alternate therapies. Wow wellness encompasses all the major branches of Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti and Jnana yogas. The aim of an integral approach is to develop and balance all aspects of personality " body, mind, emotions and psyche " leading the practitioner towards a more harmonious state of being.

Yoga was not my cup of tea I just went Wow wellness to try it once and now yoga is necessary part of my daily life. and credit goes to my teacher Shri shambhuji....
I also took one to one private yoga session from shambhuji. 15 class in 40 days and I totally redefined the experience of yoga. Actually everybody must learn yoga with such a real yoga teacher. great.
I recently availing wow wellness classes it's changed the whole perceptions what we have really it's wow experience.
