my landline is not working since last 4 months have complaint bout it so many times but still not getting any proper response from any one out there. we are just goin on paying the monthly rentals for our incoming calls which we are not even able to receive since last 4 mnths. i need email id of the head officials there can someone plz help me in providing the contact details of the higher authorities of MTNL. my complaint details are as follows
16 may 2018 - cmplaint no. 221
22 may 2018 - cmplaint no. 9604
5 june 2018 - cmplaint no. 6409
19 june 2018 - cmplaint no. 591
21 june 2018 - cmplaint no. 5542

i urgently need the details if anyone out here can help me in this case so please do leave ur response...
