Pathetic Customer Service. Manager is very Rude and insulting when you go to exchange a saree. I had purchased a saree of 6500approx and due to colour variations had to go back to exchange it. The Manger was very rude and insulting nad refused to exchange it at first saying the folds were not intact. After a lot of requesting, he agreed with a huff but the staff ignored us and were least intersted in talking to us or showing any more sarees. Finally, with great difficulty when I chose my saree worth Rs7500/- approx (more than the previous one), which had more creases than the previous one,the Manager refused to accept card payment and we were forced to pay cash.
We had a bitter shocking experience at Nallis Matunga.
